Family houses Líšeň Holzova – V. stage

At this stage the building works continue with the construction of another 21 houses (from the total of 42) – ten semi-detached houses, three triple houses and eight detached houses.

The semi-detached houses are designed in five sections of the type C, D, and E. There is one more section made up of three houses, with one in the middle and two at the ends (type D intended for building plots 36, 37, 38).

Seven out of the eight detached houses have an atypical layout (building plots No. 22–25, and No. 30–32). The only one with the typical layout (type B1) is to be situated on plot No. 35.

The spatial arrangement of the houses built at this stage is 5, 6, or 7 rooms with a kitchenette.
